Below you will see some colored pictures. From the pictures you can see that there are four "Green" wheels that go to the "Yellow" frame. You will need four 4 mm nails ( 12D at Lowes works ). One for each of the wheels, you can simple glue the nails into the "Yellow" frame making sure that you have the Green wheel with the head of the nail on the outsides. Also make sure you don't glue the wheels to the nail thought, because you want it to roll right?. After you do this for all four wheels you should have a frame that can roll.
You are also going to need two 1/2 inch or 25 mm 1/4 -20 screws as well as a tap to thread the two holes in the cyan and gray colored parts. This will hold the Jeep together. You should not have to drill any of the holes for the tap unless you just want to.
The last to parts that need to be add will need 2 small 1.5 mm nails or about 1/32 of an inch will work, and one 2mm or about 1/16 of an inch will work. The Two smaller nails are from the hood. And the last nail is for the Steering wheel. After that you should have a little jeep that can roll around. I hope you enjoyed this project, We plan on making more vehicle projects in the near future including "TANKS"!
Below you will see some colored pictures. From the pictures you can see that there are four main parts "Green" the very bottom of the UFO, the "Yellow" part that the green part screws into. The middle "Cyan" colored part that can spin, and the top "Blue" part that just sets there holding the chair inside.
The first thing you should do is to thread the yellow part with a 1/4-20 tap. You should not have to drill any holes on this project("unless your printer is not very good...") After you have the yellow part taped you simple place the yellow part through the hole in the cyan part and then into the green base. Simply screw in one 1/4 inch screw that is 1/2 inch long and it will hold everything together.
In order to get the blue top to stay you will need six 1/8 inch magnets, you can buy these at hobby lobby or online. Simply glue the magnets in the six holes, ( 3 on the yellow, and 3 on the blue). After you have this done the top should stick to the frame. unless you have the wrong poles. So make sure when you glue them that they are facing the right way.
The last part you will have to put together is a chair, it was broken down into two parts so that it could be printed easier. For this part just glue the two parts together and place the chair setting on the yellow part as shown in the pictures below.
