Welcome to 3D-PFT LLC. Your home for 3D Projects for Tomorrow, by using this website or subdomains associated with this site you agree to Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) presented below.

3. Downloading Models

Your use of a Model you download, or use is governed by these “Terms of Use” any model that is provided by www.3D-PFT.COM or any other of its Subdomains are specified “AS-IS” with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, and your use of that Model is at your own risk. 3D-PFT LLC will not be held liable for any injury or damages incurred.

4. Availability of Models

3D-PFT LLC may modify, update or remove any models at any time. All models presented on 3D-PFT.com or any of its Subdomains are the sole intellectual property of 3D-PFT LLC and may be used by 3D-PFT LLC as they see fit.

5. Model Use

3D-PFT LLC, agrees to allow the use of models by the user for domestic applications not for resale, if and only if, it does not conflict with SECTION 3 & 4 of the “Terms of Use” as stated above.

6. Availability of Projects.

3D-PFT LLC may modify, update or remove any project at any time. 3D-PFT LLC holds the rights to all intellectual concepts and designs presented on WWW.3D-PFT.com or any of its subdomains unless otherwise stated by 3D-PFT LLC. 3D-PFT LLC may list any project or parts of a said project for sale at any time. Any Project or instruction of said projects that is provided by www.3D-PFT.COM or any other of its Subdomains are specified “AS-IS” with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, and your use of that project is at your own risk. 3D-PFT LLC will not be held liable for any injury or damages incurred.

7. Project Use

3D-PFT LLC, agrees to allow the use of projects by the user for domestic applications not for resale, if and only if, it does not conflict with SECTION 3,4, 5 and 6 of the “Terms of Use” as stated above.

8. Physical Products

3D-PFT LLC, agrees to allow the use of physical products by the user for domestic applications not for resale, if and only if, it does not conflict with SECTION 3,4, 5 and 6 of the “Terms of Use” as stated above. Any Physical Product that is provided by www.3D-PFT.COM or any other of its Subdomains are specified “AS-IS” with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, and your use of that physical product is at your own risk. 3D-PFT LLC will not be held liable for any injury or damages incurred.

9. Use Restrictions

You may not:

Modify 3D-PFT LLC models or projects and present them as your own.
Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble 3D-PFT LLC website or software presented on any of its subdomains (except and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and then only with advance notice to 3D-PFT LLC)
Remove or modify any copyright or other proprietary or legal notices from 3D-PFT LLC or any of its subdomains listed in section 2.
Redistribute or transfer 3D-PFT LLC Materials including models, projects, source code, images, and any other intellectual property to another person or site except as expressly authorized in these “Terms of Use”.

10. Links to Third Party Web Sites and ADs

www.3D-PFT.COM and any of its Subdomains may contain links to third party web sites whether provided by 3D-PFT.COM or not. Access to any other web site linked to 3D-PFT.COM or any of its subdomains is at the user’s own risk. 3D-PFT LLC does not control, and is not responsible for, the accuracy or reliability of any information, content, data, opinions, advice or statements made on those web sites, or about any products found at those web sites, or about any search results that may be obtained from using them. 3D-PFT LLC provides these links merely as a convenience and as a source of funding the 3D-PFT website, however the inclusion of such links does not imply an endorsement.

11. Warranty of all Products

3D-PFT LLC does not offer any warranty on any projects, models or materials that are purchased through its sites or given freely, including all subdomains as listed in section 2, unless otherwise stated by 3D-PFT LLC. "All Sells Are Final"
